CFVHS Information Line:
Information about closings, cancellations, postponements, etc. for services, programs, events and activities of interest to an external/public audience should be called into x6515 as soon as possible.  Public Relations will retrieve the messages and send appropriate notifications to the news media.

96-Hour Operational Impact Matrix:
When the IMT believes an incident will extend beyond 96 hours, the available “96-Hour Operational Impact Matrix” is a tool used to evaluate a number of possible emergency situations and their respective impact on the health system's ability to sustain operations.  This plan provides for provisions to continue for 96 hours and beyond.  If any area is found falling short of this threshold, IC should notify the County Emergency Management Office as soon as possible.
